On a 4-pole wiring harness like Curt part # C56348 that fits your 2013 Hyundai Tucson the brake and turn signal light functions are carried on the same wire; green for the passenger side and yellow for the driver side. The brown wire carries the tail light (also called a running light) signal for both sides of the trailer. Which lights remain on?
I suggest you test the trailer wiring without it plugged in to the vehicle. This is easy to do, using either the vehicle battery or a spare as the 12V power source. Connect the battery ground to the pin for the trailer's white ground wire; then connect the positive battery terminal to each of the three circuits, one at a time, to confirm that the trailer's lights are wired and operating correctly. This test eliminates or confirms the trailer as the source of the issue.
Do the vehicle's own lights work correctly without the trailer connected? You can test the Tucson's 4-pole harness with a circuit tester like # PTW2993. Please refer to the linked video. Have a helper engage each light function while you test the appropriate pins on the car's 4-pole. Brake signals should appear on both the green and yellow wires; turn signals also should appear on these: right on green and left on yellow. Rear running lights (when your headlights are on) should appear on the brown wire.
You can refer to the linked article for troubleshooting tips and you can let me know the outcome of your testing so I can offer further advice.
