Will the Curt C17128 ball shank fit with the Equilizer weight disb. System, need to change to 2-1/2 rec.

Yes, the Curt weight distribution shank part # C17131 is a fit for Equal-i-zer weight distribution systems. Nearly all weight distribution systems use the same dimensions for the shanks and heads of the systems so the shanks between brands are interchangeable.
