Question:
My boat trailer tire size is 175/80D13 ST, load range D in a bias tire. Can I use a ST 175/80R13, load range D in a radial tire.

Expert Reply:
Yes, as long as the tires are the same size and you do not have to change the wheel you can use a radial or bias ply trailer tire in size 175/80-13. We currently carry 1 tire by itself that is a radial 175/80-13. It is # AM10210. It has a capacity of 1,610 pounds at 65 psi and will fit 13 by 4-1/2 inch rims or 15 by 5 inch rims. I recommend that you change out all of the tires at the same time. Radial tires tend to track better than bias tires.
