I have just what you are looking for. The Curt Lunette Ring - Flat Plate Mount - 3" Diameter - 60,000 lbs # C48560. This lunette ring has a mounting plate 6-1/4 inches by 6-1/4 inches and bolt hole spacing 4-1/2 inches apart.
