Im looking to attach two kayaks to the top of a 2011 Honda CR-V. I have fixed-point bolts. Im wondering what product or combination of products would be best for me.

You would first need to start with a roof rack on your 2011 Honda CR-V so that you can carry the kayak carriers.
For that the Rhino Rack part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RLCP15, and # RRVA-FK2-2 is designed to fit the factory fixed points of your vehicle and would be a great base for the kayak carriers.
Then for carriers we have the Thule Hullaport part # TH834 which would be a great option.
