I have a 18 psi propane regulator Model# GR-618 I would like to buy a replacement any help would be nice.

Your JR Products model GR-618 is a single stage, 18 psi, high-pressure regulator that is no longer available. It has been replaced by the JR Products High Pressure RV LP Gas Regulator (model GR-630) # 37207-30325, which is a suitable replacement.

I highly suggest also picking up a tube of gas pipe thread sealant # 37207-30555 to help prevent any leaks. This can be used on all metals, plastic, PVC, fiberglass, CPVC, and nylon threaded applications.
