Can I Get Just the Rubber Cushions from the Replacement Cradles and Straps for Ladder Bike Rack

Cradles and Straps for Surco 2-Bike Carrier Item # SPN449 Nothing is wrong with the cradles and straps I would like to replace the rubber cushions only.

My contact at Surco said that the rubber cushions in the Replacement Cradles # SPN449 do not come separately. You will need to get new cradles so that you have the rubber part to protect your bike(s).
