i see that the description says no welding. I need to know if i have to drill holes?

To install this Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 13245, onto your 2011 Jeep Liberty you would not need to weld or drill onto your Liberty. The hitch bolts to the vehicle frame using the included hardware.
