Will the RP50081 fit my 2000 f350

The Reese brackets # RP50081 are not a fit for the 2000 Ford F-350 but # RP50082 is the correct bracket kit for your truck. To attach the brackets to above the bed 5th wheel rails you will also need # RP58430. And if you do not have the rails then you can get everything in one kit using # RP50082-58. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
