Question:
pn 118362, no power to stop/turn on harness, theres power before the converter and ground is good, when truck lights are on i have power to all 3 female end on plug

What you described is a shorted out trailer wiring harness. We see this pretty often and everytime it's a shorted out harness.
Best option is to try and find the short on the trailer wiring and then replace the harness as that way you don't short out the new harness # 118362 as well.
