Question:
I have a trailer measuring, 7inch by 12inch and dual axle. I have a small tractor weighing about 3500 lbs. Manufacture information indicates to tie down over axles, at each wheel. 4 tie down points. What would you recommend for this type cargo? Would 2 8inch lengths of E-Track be suitable?

Helpful Expert Reply:
E-track would work great for securing your tractor. Since your trailer is 12 inches long you could use three sections of 4 foot long E-tracks like part # EM19147 and you'd have track that runs from front to back on your trailer floor.
For a tie down anchor to fit the track we have the part # 59147 which will work well. And then for straps the I recommend a ratcheting tie-down strap like part # EM51330. This tie-down strap measures 1-1/2 inches x 15 ft, and has a working load limit of 1,300 lbs.
