Scooter Carrier Recommendation for 250 lb Vespa Rated for RV Use

Question:

Im trying to acquire a carrier for my 250pound Vespa . I have an R V with a ladder that extends 13 inches out from the hitch receiver. The issue is clearance from the ladder to load the Vespa. I need a carrier that extends about 25 inches from the back of the RV. Are there say carriers that would solve this problem?

Based on you needing 25 inches of clearance I do not believe we have a solution, but the Ultra Fab part # UF48-979033 would be the closest thing as it is rated for use behind an RV and has a decent distance between the hitch pin hole and the nearest railing edge. The distance it has there is 16 inches.
