Question:
Do you sell the Curt 16424 without the -204? I need the custom mounting kit, but already have the rails off of the other vehicle. Secondly, which of the air suspension systems you sell are compatible with Curt's 16424 custom brackets? Thanks and best regards.

You are looking for the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit, # C16424, which will provide you with the brackets and hardware necessary to complete an installation of fifth-wheel base rails. It is important to remember that this bracket kit is designed to work with Curt Fifth Wheel Base Rails, # C16204, as well as the Gloss Finish Rails, # C16104.
The rails are a confirmed fit with 2011-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty models with 6-3/4-foot beds without factory rail kits, as well as 2011-2016 Ford F-250, F-350 and F-450 Super Duty models with 8-foot beds without factory rail kits. I have added a link to a video review and a video of an install of these bracket kits.
As for air suspension systems, you have a number of options. The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs, # AL57395, are made of 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber, a load-leveling capacity up to 5,000 lbs, and have adjustable air pressure between 5 psi and 100 psi
There is another option for you in the form of the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs, # F2703. This kit is made of 4-ply rubber, with up to 150 psi of pressure, and a load-leveling capacity that maxes out at 7,500 lbs. I have included links to a video review and install of this product for you.
