Question:

I have just purchased a 2017 Subaru impreza sedan. I previously had a 2012 Subaru impreza sedan. Will the 2012 trailer hitch work with the 2017?

If you happen to have Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24960 on the 2012 Subaru Impreza sedan then it does fit the 2017 Impreza sedan. The other hitches listed for the 2012 model are not listed as carry-overs for the 2017 model year. If you do not have this hitch I have included a link to the hitch options for the 2017 model year (sedans).

If you do have the above hitch and wish to install it on your 2017 Impreza sedan you will need new hardware also. The hitch hardware is meant to only be torqued down once which is why new hardware is needed. For replacement hardware use # RHK and enter the hitch number and manufacturer on the page to get the right hardware.
