Does a Galvanized Trailer Wheel Resist Corrosion Better than a Steel Wheel

Would you recommend the Galvanized wheels for a boat trailer used primarily in salt water? How would it compare to steel?

A galvanized wheel will perform better in a salt water environment over the long term over a regular steel wheel because galvanized steel is naturally corrosion resistant.
