Under Bed Install Kit for Reese on 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 with 6-1/2 Foot Bed

I have a Reese 30142 5th wheel hitch and I need to purchase the under box rail kit to mount it on a 2016 GMC 2500 hd pickup

The Reese M5 Fifth Wheel Hitch # RP30921 installs into your 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 using # RP30868.

Since you have a 6-1/2 foot bed you may need a sliding hitch for turning clearance. Unfortunately, the Reese M5 cannot be converted to a slider so you would need an entirely new hitch, # RP30144.

You may not need the sliding hitch. Especially if your trailer has a Sidewinder or Revolution pin box. If it doesn't already you may be able to replace the pin box with a Sidewinder. If you tell me your pin box model number I can see if there's a replacement available.
