Yes, the Curt Bolt-on Pintle Hook # C48210 will install on the Tow Ready Mount # 63059.

The hole spacing is 3-3/8 inches horizontally and 1-3/4 inches vertically for both of them.

Yes, you can use the Pintle Hook Mount, #63059, in either a rise or drop position. If you need a bolt on pintle hook, use #C48205. It has a 10,000 pound capacity so it has more than enough capacity for your trailer.
