The replacement brackets and hardware for your Westin Safari Light Mounting Bar with Installation Kit - 2" Tubing - Black Powder Coated Steel # 30-0025-1375, that has the similiar look to a Bull Bar on your 2005 Chevy Equinox is the Custom Installation Kit for Westin Safari Light Bars # 30-1375. I confirmed this fit with my contact at Westin and also confirmed that this is the only part in black or chrome that could be what you are referring to as they don't make a bull bar for your vehicle.
