Question:

Hi, Idk if Im contacting the correct company or what not, but Im hoping to either get a replacement or something that will work for my bike rack. The strap broke and Im struggling to find parts. A lot of the places say they have been discontinued but that different parts could work? Either way, If you know anything please let me know. Ive attached photos of what Im talking about. Thanks

Thank you for the photo of your bike rack cradle/strap assembly that requires a replacement.

We do carry all sorts of replacement parts for bike racks from many makers, including straps and complete cradle assemblies. Links to both categories are provided for you.

Substitute cradle and/or strap parts can often work just fine. If you rack happens to have 1-inch diameter arm tubing you could use the Replacement Standard Cradles for Hollywood Racks, part # HR740-P. If you rack has 1-1/4-inch diameter arms instead you could potentially use # HR750-P.

If you cannot find alternate parts that look to be usable please tell me the brand of bike rack and the diameter of the arm tubing.
