Question:
I have a 26 ft, 5th wheel camping trailer, usually loaded with everything I may need to dry camp for a week or more. Dont know the weight, but 26 ft. cant be all that heavy.. Check the tires every time we go on the road.. keep having blow-outs.. Been told its probably speed.. The speed limits on I-80 and I-15 through Utah are 80mph I like to go at least 70mph.. It has 4 tires, ST 225/75R/15, Load range C... No speed range indicated.. Is it possible to get ST225/75 R/15s in load range E, speed range M? If so, How much would 4 of them cost?

We do have tires that are 225/75 R15 sized tires that are load range E and have a speed rating M.
Taskmaster # TR225LRE are rated up to 2,830 pound at 80 psi and have a maximum speed of 81 mph.
Exceeding the speed rating is one thing that can cause a tire to fail. It will cause the tire to heat up more than it should and heat is the number one killer of tires.
Another major cause of tire failure is running them at their max psi. They should always be inflated to the maximum psi when cold. Running them too high or low can also cause excessive heat build-up.
One more thing to be sure of is that you're not overloading the trailer. You're limited by your lowest rated component. I recommend loading your trailer like you normally do and weighing it on a commercial scale.
