I have a Class V hitch with 2 1/2 inch receiver tube need to tow about 7500 dry weight camper and 800 pound tongue weight. Truck has factory installed integrated brake. What would you recommend?

For the tongue weight of 800 lbs that you mentioned the best weight distribution system and sway control we have is the part # RP66074 which has a tongue weight range of 600-1,200 lbs and features the only sway control designed to fight sway before it starts.
Then you could use the shank # C17131 which fits the system and is designed for 2-1/2 inch hitches like what you mentioned.
For a hitch ball you then would want the # 19286.
