How much rise would I have using a standard pintle mount like the one used in the video? Thanks

Since the Curt Pintle Hook Mounting Plate # C48342 is just a mounting plate with no specific attachment installed it doesn't have a listed rise or drop. But based on the 12-1/2 inch tall mounting surface, the 2 inch shank, and the fact that most pintles don't have a rise or drop, I estimate at most you could see 8 inches of rise and that is assuming pintle # C48205 is used.
