Mounting Fulton Swivel Marine - Weld On Jack # FTJ120W0301 To Replace Exising Fulton Jack
Updated 02/15/2011 | Published 02/14/2011 >
Question:
What is the ID of the mounting hole for this jack? I need a replacement jack for a Fulton weld-on/spring swivel jack with an ID of ~2-1/2 inches for a boat trailer 1000/1200lb is likely certain overkill, but should make it more durable...

I contacted our representative at Fulton about the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack, part # FTJ120W0301. The inner diameter of the mounting hole is 2-1/2 inches. He informed me that up to a few years ago the Fulton jacks were made in Wisconsin, but are now made in China. At that time the mounts were tightened up, so the mounting holes were changed slightly.
He informed me that part # FTJ120W0301 includes a new weld-on mount and chances are that you may have to replace your weld on mount to use the Fulton # FTJ120W0301 jack.
You can check toward the bottom of your jack for a stamping that will indicate where your jack was manufactured.
