I recommend using a system like this along with something like the Tow-Rax Removable Wheel Chock w/ Wood Screws - 6-1/2" Wide Tires - Tubular Steel - Chrome # TWSPWC.
For tie down straps, I recommend the Soft Loops # 06303 along with straps like # EM34410.
