Platform, hitch, bike rack. I want a recomendation for a new vehicle I am purchasing. Ram Promaster City. It has a 2inch hitch Thanks

The biggest concern you need to consider is clearance for anything you place in the trailer hitch on the ProMaster City. We have installed a hitch on a 2017 and the distance form the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the rear bumper is three inches.
The platform-style bike carrier I recommend is the Swagman Chinook, part # S64683. This 2-bike carrier has a capacity of 45-lbs per bike. The bike carrier has padded ratcheting hooks that hold your bikes firmly in place. The carrier comes with locks that secure the bikes to the rack and a locking hitch pin that secures the carrier to your hitch.
