The rails of the Curt fifth wheel rail kit part # C16100 that you referenced are industry standard fifth wheel rails which means they have the standard dimensions that almost all rail kits have. I attached a picture that shows the dimensions of the rails.

Will the curt c16100 universal installation kit work on my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado short box to mount my fifth wheel slider hitch which I already have ?
