Mounting Hole Spacing on Trailer Fender Brackets

Whats the distance between the two bolt holes on each arm of the L bracket?

On the shorter arm of # CE26098G-2, the two holes from center-to-center are going to measure 4 inches. On the longer arm, from center-to-center, the holes are going to measure 2-3/8 of an inch. And the hole diameter is 3/8 of an inch.
