Will the Yakima roof rack cargo baskets locks fit a curt cargo basket w extension into factory roof rack of a 2004 honda crv?

I may have a solution for you, however the Yakima Locking Mount Brackets with SKS Cores # Y07064 referenced in your question are designed to fit Yakima products that use SKS locks. Looking at the mounting hardware for the Curt Cargo Baskets, the Yakima racks will not be compatible and will not work to lock the basket to the factory roof rack on your Honda CR-V.

I recommend instead looking at a cable lock like the 10 Foot Long # e98891. You can use this cable lock to secure your Curt Cargo Basket like # C18115-117 by weaving it through the basket and the roof rack crossbars. This product has a thick gauge, plastic coated steel construction that will keep everything secure without rusting or corroding. These can also be ordered keyed alike by selecting "Keyed Alike" in the drop-down menu on the product page.
