The Inno Square Bar Roof Rack consisting of parts # INB127, # INSUT and # INK876 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2017 Honda Fit. The two 50 inch, square crossbars will provide a great and sturdy roof rack with a weight capacity of 220 pounds, although you will also want to check the vehicle's roof capacity listed in the owner's manual.
I have attached a video demonstration of this rack for you to check out.
If you do not already have a kayak carrier, I recommend looking at the Thule Stacker Kayak Carrier System # TH830. This system is compatible with the square crossbars on the Inno Roof Rack and will secure your two kayaks on their side using a post-style mount. Heavy duty straps with padded cam buckles and bow/stern tie-down straps are included to secure the kayaks to your vehicle.
I have attached a video review of this carrier as well for you to look at.
