Can the rear facia be reinstalled after the curt hitch is installed?

We've had customers who have installed the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75528 on a 2012 GMC Acadia come back and say they were able to reinstall the fascia once it was all said and done.
We have not had that happen with the Curt part # 13424 yet so I would go with the safe bet of the # 75528 instead.
