what hitch stablizers do you have that will work in towing applications ? i have a class 4 hitch on my pilot

We offer many types of hitch stabilizers, immobilizers and anti-rattle devices. Examples include the Pro Series Anti-Rattle Device for 2" x 2" Trailer Hitch Receivers # PS63091 and the Blue Ox Immobilizer # BX88224 which works on 2-inch hitches and that stabilizes your ball mount in both vertical and horizontal planes.
I prefer the Pro Series # PS63091. The Jam nut on this product keeps it secure over time. This is my recommended choice. Check out the video demo of this product.
