I have a dexter part number 023-359-00 left hand I need right also what is the same quality part number do I need .

The brake assemblies you have are Dexter 12 inch assemblies with a 7k capacity. That means the current part numbers you would want are # 23-464 for the left hand side and part # 23-465 for the right hand side.

The part # 23-464-465 that you referenced actually is both of these assemblies kitted together.
