Question:
I currently tow a 2017 GMC Terrain with a wiring harness provided by you. Code No. HM56108. I want to tow a small trailer and would like your recommendation for a trailer wiring harness and how to connect it with the HM56108 installed. I will not tow the Terrain and trailer at the same time. Thanks for your help

You can install trailer wiring harness # 118494 on your 2017 GMC Terrain between the tail lights and the tow bar wiring harness # HM56108 that you already have installed. So basically you will unplug the HM56108 harness, plug in the 118494 connectors to the lights, then plug the connectors from HM56108 to the 118494 and then to the other vehicle connectors that lead to the front of the vehicle.
