Question:

2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk flat towing wire kit needed. I want to be sure I purchase the right kit and see a video on how to install it. I dont want to void may Jeep warrenty. Would it be better for me to purchase a OME wire kit?

The Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56208 referenced in your question is confirmed to work on your 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. This will let you wire your Jeep to accept the RV's tail, brake and turn signal lights for flat towing. You will not need to cut or splice any wires as this will plug into connection points located behind your vehicle's tail lights, so you do not need to worry about voiding the vehicle's warranty.

If you are using a supplemental braking system with your flat towing setup, you will also need the brake light relay # RM-88400.

We do not yet have an installation video on your vehicle but I have attached the written installation details for you to look at.
