Question:

Fit chart calls for 47 inch Thule Aeroblades but can I use the longer 53 inch? And if I can upsize to the longer bar a Hullavator Pro should still work ok?

The Thule WingBar Evo crossbars have a limited amount of space on the underside for the legs to work so while you physically can't fit the larger 53" bars on your 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon with flush rails, you can still fit and use the Hullavator Pro # TH898 if you offset the 47" crossbars to the legs.
