One of the reviews states it has a plastic latch handle. Is this true?

The review on the product page for the Demco Trailer Coupler # DM15791-81 is actually from a similar product and not the exact same coupler. I'm not sure the product the customer is referring to but the latch handle of # DM15791-81 is metal.
