Hello, My car is Mazda 3, 2013, and I have the hitch Cur11393 installed on it. I am wondering if the bike rack Swagman XTC Cross-Country 2-Bike Hitch Mount Rack inch will fit the hitch. Thank you,

Yes, the Swagman XTC part # S64670 that you referenced will fit and work well in the Curt hitch part # C11383 that you have installed on your 2013 Mazda 3. This rack is designed to fit 1-1/4 inch hitches like this and we have found works very well in them.
Curt requires the use of their stabilizer strap part # 18050 when using their hitch to carry a non-supported load like a bike rack. I attached a review video for you to check for the strap as well.
