Please advise if this kit comes with the side belt rails needed to install it ?

The Rampage Complete Soft Top Kit for Jeep 2 w/ Full Steel Doors # RA68817 referenced in your question includes everything needed for installation, including the side belt rails, windshield channel and tailgate bar. These components may line up with existing holes on your vehicle for quick, simple mounting. Some drilling may also be required.
