Replacement Square Nuts for Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack TH500XT

Question:

I have a Thule Xsporter Pro 500XT truck rack, and Im trying to find hardware that fits into the upper and lower slots on the load bars. The bottom slot is approximately 5/8inch wide and 1/4inch deep thick. I would like to find square nuts threaded for either M6 or M8 that fit into the slots. I believe the dimensions are the same for both the top and bottom, but the top slot has an additional deeper, narrower slot so that the profile of the load bar actually has a T slot in the top, and a rectangular slot in the bottom. Im open to any square nuts, especially M6, that will fit. If there is a special T nut for the top slot, Id be interested in that too, but I think the same square nut will work for both. Thanks!

For your Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XT mentioned in your question, you can use the Replacement Fastener Kit # TH752-1391-001. This kit will replace the fasteners on your ladder rack and includes the 8 compatible 3/8 x 16 inch square nuts that you are looking for.

We do not currently have compatible square nuts available that can be purchased separately, apart from the kit.
