Will this bike rack work with my bike? Do I need an adapter bar? If so, what one? I have a 2016 Toyota RAV4 so it looks like this is the best rack for my vehicle. Thanks so much!

I looked up pictures of your Specialized Roll Sport Low Entry bike and it will definitely need an adapter bar like the # UB01 to be carried on a trunk rack like the Yakima Fullback part # Y02634 that you referenced.
This rack is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Toyota RAV4 as well. I attached an install video for the rack on a 2016 Rav4 just like yours.
