To install the GloLight LED Trailer Tail Light # STL201RFMB that you referenced you would need to have a 4.5 inch hole cut in the trailer. The light portion of the assembly is 4.5 inches which would recess into the hole and the flange has an outer diameter of 5-1/2 inches.
