My truck has a 4 inch lift I am wanting to make sure your air lift system will work for my truck thanks

Yes, the Air Lift suspension kit part # AL57398 is a confirmed fit for your 2007 Ford F-250 4WD. Since you have a 4 inch lift you also need the spacer kit part # AL52440 if the lift is a suspension lift. If the lift happens to only be the body away from the frame then no spacer kit would be needed.
