Expert Reply:
Cables and chains have the a speed limit of 30 miles per hour.
Some chains are easier to install than others, some only take a few minutes to install and others will take several minutes to install. If your tires are sized 265/65-17 (embossed on side of existing tires) and you are looking for chains that will install and uninstall easily I would recommend the Titan Chains # TC2526 chains. They are easier to install than traditional chains, and have square links that really dig in for exceptional traction.
If you have different sized tires let me know for an new recommendation.
Check your RAM owners manual for any additional restrictions.
