This listing is slightly confusing given that it stated xterra and jeep. Will this unit fit under the drivers seat of a 2008 Nissan Xterra ?

I have a possible solution for you but Lock box # B4264001 is designed to fit 2007 to 2010 Wranglers and 2007 to 2017 Wrangler Unlimited models but does not fit a 2008 Nissan Xterra. You might be interested in a more universal design such as # LB200. If its external dimensions work with the space under the seat of your Xterra it is a solid option. This lock box is 8-5/16" long x 6" wide x 2-11/16" tall. I have linked a video review of this lock box for you.
