The Kuat Sherpa 2.0, part # SH12P, is an excellent bike rack and will work well with the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11380. The trailer hitch receiver has a max tongue weight of 200 lbs and the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 is only 32 lbs. Since the Sherpa 2.0 has a weight capacity of 40 lbs per bike, you will not have to worry about going over the weight rating of the trailer hitch.
That being said, there are a few things to keep in mind. First, make sure that you consult your owner's manual to find out what your Corvette's weight rating is. Even though your trailer hitch might be rated for 200 lbs tongue weight, that doesn't mean that your Corvette is rated for the same weight capacity-you need to go with whatever weight capacity is lowest. Second thing to keep in mind is that the Curt trailer hitch Warranty has a requirement that any non-trailer loads must use a support strap, part # 18050.
