Is it possible to mount the roof rack for Ford Edge 2016 with panoramic roof ?

Yes. Roof rack systems are compatible with your panaroamic roof on your 2016 Ford Edge. I recommend the Rhino Rack if you have flush mounted rails that run front to back. This system includes the Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2 along with the SRB Legs # RRSX024. If you want the metal locking cores, you will need # RRVA-LEC4.
If you have a roof without any rails, I recommend the Rhino-Rack RS 2500 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs consisting of the following:
Vortex crossbars # RRVA137B-2
Leg kit # RRRLKVA
Fit kit # DK432
