Question:
Is the hitch arm long enough?? Rear tire is it not a problem??I want it to carry a dirt bike yamaha 250 .

The Ultra Fab Carrier part # UF48-979033 that you referenced has a distance of 15-1/2 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole to the nearest edge of the carrier, and then 4-1/2 inches from the pin hole to the center of the track. You would need to measure the distance from your hitch pin hole to the outside edge of your Jeep spare to determine if the carrier would work. Most likely it would but it does look like you have an off-road tire which may be wider than usual.
