are any of these hitches universal for dodge trailer prepped vehicles

The 5th wheel hitches we offer that fit specific factory-installed prep packages, such as the B&W # BWRVK3300 which is specific to the Ford factory prep, are limited to use in that prep kit. For the Ram factory prep package the B&W # BWRVK3600 offers the direct fit.

The only truly universal type of 5th wheel hitch is the ISR type (industry standard rails) like # C16120 that will fit into any brand of standard above-bed rails.

There are adapters that allow an ISR hitch to be installed in one of the factory prep trucks, such as Reese adapter # RP30154 for Ram trucks and # RP30156 for Ford. These adapters fit into the factory pucks and provide the equivalent of ISRs to allow using a standard hitch in one of the prep kits.
