For an oil cooler for your Ford Flex, I recommend the Derale Stacked-Plate Engine Oil Cooler Kit with Sandwich Adapter, part # D15602. This can reduce engine oil temperature by as much as 50 degrees and includes the complete mounting kit along with the adapters needed for installation. This cooler measures 13 inches wide by 4-9/16 inches tall by 2 inches deep.
