Winch & Cable for Use to Raise and Lower Dust Collector

I am looking for a winch to raise and lower the drum for my dust collector from the storage loft where the cyclone is down to the shop floor it is about 16. The Dutton - Lainson DL11004 looks like a good fit. I was thinking I could use a DL24249 25foot strap. Would that strap fit on the DL11004 winch driving it with a drill. The drum when full of sawdust weighs about 75 lbs. Let me know what you think.

The Dutton Lainson worm gear hand winch # DL11004 is a good choice for your specific application but since you need a 25-foot strap or cable I suggest instead their similar 1500-lbs-rated worm gear winch # DL11011. This winch is rated with plenty of capacity for your needs and it also has the drill-drive option. It can be fitted with a 25-foot cable # DL24100.
